VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE
For the NYSCC to accomplish its mission it depends not only on
its paid memberships and contributions, but also on its vast number of volunteers.
Sportsmen/conservationist across New York work very hard to preserve and keep our natural resources
in a viable condition. Wildlife
restoration and management tools remain important in that effort.

DID
YOU
KNOW ? |
|
Recent surveys completed in many areas of the State show that the majority of New York State residents feel that many of the abundant native wildlife species in this state are either threatened or endangered. In reality these species are doing quite well. |
|
WHY ? |
|
Much of this is due in part to the work that the
NYSCC does through its state-wide, county and local framework. Please watch this web site for more information concerning how you can get active on a local level. On the state-wide level, much of the work of the NYSCC
is completed through its committee systems. |
